Once you go under contract, depending on the terms, you will likely go into a period called "Due Diligence". This is the time to make sure that your homework is done. Your agent will be able to help coordinate inspections, read reports, and make sure that everything is in good standing for your purchase.

Now is your time to sign the documents and get the keys! Your agent can help you coordinate with movers and any loose ends you need to tie up. Congratulations!
