We make pricing recommendations & develop a strategy based on your timeline goals, current inventory, past comparable sales, time of year, and completed prep. Will you need a rental? A Relocation Referral? We can do it all.

Marketing starts the day we sign the listing contract. Our social networks, our brokerage, and local sphere will all get a sneak peek of your home and the buzz begins. Photos, drone shots, and videos all play a role in creating the visual narrative. We create a story about your property and then tell the world.

MLS launch, syndicated networks, social media, targeted marketing. Everyone will know your home is for sale. Broker Tours, Open Houses, and Private showings are all on the menu. We'll tailor a plan for you, qualify all buyers and identify the best offers with the best terms.
